While the past couple of weeks have been incredibly tough for all of us, this morning Dermot and Dave looked at one of the major benefit of lockdown which has been children getting out and about playing.

With no school, no organised sport, no play-dates and no being ferried around in the car from place to place, children have more time than ever.

We heard from listeners all around the country who haven't seen their children from dusk until dawn as they climb trees, make forts and do all the wonderful things the outdoors can bring.
