A few months back, we met Caroline Foskin and Seamus Barry. In December 2019, Caroline's life changed instantly when her other half John came home with a headache. Within a matter of hours, John was being rushed to Dublin for specialist treatment for a clot on his brain stem.

Since then, there has been a massive uphill battle for John and Caroline. The extent of his injuries means that he is in specialist residential care away from his family.

He has limited mobility and requires a wheelchair. Unfortunately, John's home wouldn't be fit to accommodate his new needs.

Caroline and her friend Seamus set up a Go Fund Me to bring John home to be with his family, and to start the next part of their journey together and TodayFM listeners donated thousands of Euro to the cause.

While there has been set backs along the way, Caroline joined Dermot and Dave with an incredible update.
