In the latest instalment of Challenge Cathal, the man himself will walk from his home town of Cashel to Marconi House.
He will set off on his 150km journey on Wednesday morning and he has to be back before the end of the show on Friday.
Transport commentator Conor Faughnan joined the lads with some final tips for the road.
