We had a bit of a mixed grill reaction to barbecues on this morning's Dermot and Dave. 

Yesterday, Dave told us how his wife just doesn't 'get' the whole BBQ craze. Then today, show producer Maria dropped the bombshell that she doesn't even own a barbecue and has no intention of getting one. Heatwave sacrilege!!

The lads threw it out to our listeners for their reaction and this really fired up the debate. Who knew there were so many BBQ nay'ers?

One man who cannot live without some charcoaled goodness in his life is chef Jack O'Keefe who is Lead Culinary Instructor at Cook's Academy Cookery School in Dublin.
