It's been a long time, but food fans will finally get to get their taste on as the favourite Taste of Dublin festival returns!

There'll be chefs from all around Ireland giving demonstrations and talks as well as a chance to try food and drinks from some of the best restaurants, bars and producers in the country.

One person who is excited to get out in front of a crowd again is Rachel Allen!

She joined Dermot and Dave to explain how she decides what to cook for a crowd and what she's been up to at Ballymaloe this summer!
