Kilfenora's own Padraig Howley has become an internet sensation with his 'Sing and Step with Padraig' Instagram account.
The Clare man went viral when he set up the account to document his lifestyle change which included going vegan, getting more steps in and having a bit of a sing song along the way.

Things are going very well for Padraig from making spicy curries to smashing his step count every day.
And speaking to Dermot and Dave, Padraig confirmed that he has decided to keep up with his vegan diet for another three weeks and of course, gave us a bit of a song.
