Comedian, judge and writer Jason Byrne called into Dermot and Dave this morning to talk about the Vodafone Comedy Festival, but that's not all he's up to.

The Comedy Festival takes place in the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin from the 26th-29th of July and will host a wide range of Irish and international acts (including Jayo) - and he cannot wait for it.

There's actually a load of stuff Jason is excited about with the likes of Ireland's Got Talent returning soon, his You Can Come But Don't Start Anything tour in September and his new kid's book coming out at Christmas. 

He told Dave what it's like behind the cameras on IGT, how he's coping with the heatwave and they also swapped a few 'flossing' stories.
