With the last day of November nearly upon us and the faint jingle of sleigh bells echoing in the distance, it's time to get our Christmas game face on.
Now I don't know about you, but the festive feeling doesn't really kick in for me until the Christmas tree is perched proudly in my sitting room. It's one of the most important features so you want to have it looking its best, right?
Well who better to give us some guidance than a lady who goes by the name 'Mary Christmas'?
Chatting on Dermot and Dave, Mary from thechristmasdecorations.ie teaches us how to style our tree and help keep it up-to-date, "It (tree decoration) follows fashion. It follows interior design trends". So whether you're a minimalist or a hoarder there's always a way to freshen up your tree's appearance.
When asked what's popular for 2018, Mary says, "we're seeing a lot of natural - so lots of berries and wooden decorations are back big time. A very kind of Scandinavian look".
She continues with, "green and reds are very popular this year" and humours us with the news that tinsel is making a comeback.

When asked about her preference of lighting, her answer is simple, "plain white all the time".
And if you really want to spruce things up a bit then rose gold is the way forward.
A sprinkle of angel hair lights (micro LEDs) about the place can bring a real 'wow' effect too.
You may just end up putting on all the same decorations you had last year, and do you know what? There's no harm in that either.
