What a legend!!

94 cap for Ireland, 268 caps for Munster, and trophies galore in an illustrious 20-year career. 

In April of this year, the 6ft 6" lock hung up his boots as he bid farewell to Worcester Warriors to move back to his homeland in Cork. 

Donncha called into Dermot and Dave this morning for what was meant to be a quick catch-up, and to hear a bit about his recent team up with Dubliner Cheese (where he learned all about it's production from farm to fork).

Instead, the lads got into a chatty groove and covered all types of topics, with lots of laughter along the way.

Dunners revealed what it's like to be officially retired (well from rugby anyway) even though he says, "it seems like a lifetime ago all that rugby stuff", chatted about how he's adjusting to being a 'proper' father again, how his son Jake is a guinea pig for his 3 older sisters, "he's a disaster God love him", and how the young fella is already more of a man than he is. 

The lads took the chance to trade some parenting stories and compared fatherhood techniques. 

Donncha also told us why Munster Rugby is in such a strong place right now and why he thinks Ireland could win the Rugby World Cup. But he's not saying it to loudly, "we're batting above average as a country". 

And Noni even makes a sneaky appearance - out of nowhere.
