A real estate tycoon is looking at Ireland as the potential site for a new city, in the wake of uncertainty in Hong Kong.

An area 'near' Dublin is a number of locations being considered by one developer as a potential site for a new city.

The proposed city would have a dedicated charter promoting values and principles such as democracy, environmentalism, sustainability and internationalism.

Ivan Ko, the man behind the operation  spoke to Dermot & Dave this morning about it all.
