So last night, the curtain was drawn on yet another series of The X Factor UK. But do people really care any more? That's the multi-million pound question.
After the talent show taking a bashing in ratings over the years (5.3 million viewers on average last night compared to 17.7 million viewers when Matt Cardle won in 2010) and Simon Cowell's attempts to freshen things up not really working, has the whole production lost its soul?
There's no doubt 2018 winner Dalton Harris (or 'Dalton' as he goes by) is an incredible singer, and fully deserved top spot after his consistent brilliance throughout the competition, but the 15th season of the show has left some people sorta 'done with it'.
