If you're a big Bake Off fan, who didn't get to watch Tuesday night's show, then this is your last chance to turn away before finding out who was voted off.
Jon Jenkins is the bubbly Welsh baker known for his tropical shirts and unique baking techniques, but yesterday evening, he became the seventh contestant to say 'hwyl fawr' (goodbye in Welsh) to the Channel 4 tent.
He hasn't let it dampen his spirits though.
For the first time in the show's history they introduced a Vegan Week, which proved to be this meat-lovers downfall.
Speaking on Dermot and Dave, the cheery 47-year-old admitted, "it was quite a hard week to get the recipes right beforehand".
Here's what he had planned on baking:

But here's how it ended up:

The dad of four chuckled when explaining this tutu he wore in honour of his daughters:

"they really loved it, they thought it was a good laugh".
Muireann (who's covering for Dermot and Dave) also chats to the baker about how he juggled his job as a blood courier in Newport, South Wales, fatherhood and the competition and finds out how close the 12 contestants actually were, "we all got on so well, it was like family".
We think he was sifted out a bit too soon, but there's one thing for sure, you won't wipe the smile off that man's face.
