From sleep patterns and dietary preferences to electronics use, workout rituals and more leisurely and self-indulgent habits, it present readers with a wide range of possible practices to choose from.
There are examples from from the likes of Ed Catmull, the former President of Pixar and Walt Disney Animations Studios to co-founder of Twitter, Biz Stone. I suppose they did OK for themselves.
