Burnout is something you can experience no matter what field you work in, it can impact on your personal and professional life and often it can make people leave their dream careers.

Recent studies suggest that as workplaces begin to plan for things like blended working and returning to offices in a more normal way, a lot of staff are considering quitting their jobs due to the pressure they've been experiencing.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave,  productivity coach Niamh Brady shared her own experience of burnout, the signs to watch out for, and how to manage it without handing in your notice.
