There’s very few people in who haven’t encountered a toxic friendship in their life. The friend who does more harm than good, who causes more upset than joy, and someone who takes something from you.

Recognising when a friendship, chats with a work colleague or even a relationship has become toxic can be difficult. Deciding to tackle that relationship, and even ending it, can be even more difficult.
