It's 4am, it's Christmas morning and the whole day is ahead but you know, you just know, that there are some very excited small people in the house who are pretending to be asleep, and you're pretending that they're not going to come in every hour and ask 'what time is it?'

Christmas is an exciting time for everyone, particularly for small people who are expecting a big visitor.

But how do you make sure that you're not all falling asleep in the turkey by early afternoon?
