Running is easy right? Throw on your runners, pop in the headphones, find your favourite Spotify playlist and off you go. Seems pretty straight forward.
Well what if we (well it was actually Tony) told you that majority of people are actually running completely wrong!?
We were shocked too.
Tony Lawless has been practising Hollistic Health Therapies since 1998, including pilates, CranioSacral Therapy and Bio-Testing.
He has combined his love of running with his hollistic health knowledge to create a programme designed to harness and bring the benefits of running into successful daily lives.

In the book, Tony sets out to give readers the tools to take action and improve their overall physical and mental health.
Dermot and Dave were delighted to have Tony in studio this morning to tell us all about the book and explain how he has broken running down into 27 exercises.
He also answered lots of our listener's questions where we learned about realistic running, setting your distance, how to recover and how the most basic steps are being done incorrectly.
