On the 30th of June 2017, Ciara O'Malley's life changed forever. Having recently moved to Vancouver with her partner David, Ciara was planning on celebrating her birthday on the beach with friends.
Sadly, Ciara was given the news that David had been involved in a drowning accident in a lake near Calgary. It would be 10 months before David would be found.
Throughout the long search for David, Ciara found some incredible signs that helped her carry on. These signs have continued to support her as she deals with the grief of losing the love of her life.
Ciara, who has since discovered a love of wellness, spoke openly and honestly to Dermot and Dave about living with grief, how feeling has been key to healing and the incredible story of how a dragonfly gave her the strength to go on.
