With the Ireland's Fittest Family 2018 final taking place this Sunday, super coach Anna Geary says this is the best final yet.
Having linked up with some of the best course/obstacle makers in the world, the production team have created lots of new challenges over its sixth series. And the final will introduce us to even more of these.
Speaking on Dermot and Dave, Anna admitted that when it came to these challenges, "this was the first year as a coach, there was 1 or 2 I wouldn't do them".
The four-time All-Ireland winner has two families in the final - 'The Coneys' & 'The Finnegan Hogans', who will go up against Davy Fitz's 'The McDonalds' and Donncha O'Callaghan's 'The Lawlors' to claim top spot in Croke Park.
But the Corkonian isn't afraid of the lads, she's feeling pumped and will use her Croker experience to spur her teams on, "but to come back now in nearly a managerial role and have the chance to stake a claim for a title is phenomenal".
Anna also takes a look back at her time on Dancing With The Stars (where the lads wonder if she still has some moves) and chats about city living after her move to Dublin three years ago.
You can take the girl outta Cork....
The Ireland's Fittest Family final throws-in at 6:30pm this Sunday evening on RTÉ One.
