Listen, we're all at it. We've made the banana bread, we've cleaned the house from top to bottom and now as the weather gets better, we're looking at the overgrown and football strewn garden and thinking 'how can I make it look like Bloom?'

One of the few positives from the difficult time we've found ourselves in is that we have a little more time to spend in the garden or the balcony and this morning, Ireland's favourite gardener Diarmuid Gavin joined Dermot and Dave to explain how getting green fingers is good for your mental and physical health.
