Planning a wedding at the best of times is a stressfest but trying to plan a wedding during a global pandemic in the midst of national lockdowns and uncertainty is enough to put a serious amount of fear into any couple.
Now that restrictions are starting to ease and wedding receptions look set to be back on the cards across the rest of the year, there's a lot of couples who will be preparing to finally walk down the aisle.
But with all of the uncertainty, the chopping and changing of numbers and concerns over venues, couples are struggling with 'wedding anxiety' or 'wedxiety' as Sara Kennedy from Irish Wedding Blog has called it.
