For many, wine is the sweet nectar of the Gods, bottled poetry, and the reason grapes were put on this planet #allhailthegrape

And for Today FM listener Catriona O'Driscoll in Cork, a truer word was never said. 

Catriona loves a good glass of vino (or 3) and has designated a very special space in her new kitchen for a highly important design feature - a supersized wine fridge.

Now this isn't any old piece of kit, this is an integrated Electrolux 98 BOTTLE capacity, dual temperature, fancy as feck wine cooling fridge. Measuring 540mm wide and 1800mm high. It's a monster!!

But disaster struck last Friday when she called into her local electrical supplier only to be told they're not making them any more. Dun, dun, DUUUUUUUUUUUN.......!!

So being the clever lady she is, Catriona messaged Dermot and Dave to see if they could help.

Our listeners offered their suggestions, and Dermot, well he reckons she's as well off, "get rid of the kitchen and just make it into a bar". 

Whereas Maria's just in total awe at the thought of a 98 bottle wine fridge.
