Do you often find yourself belting out some of your favourite tunes when cooking your dinner or in the shower? Studies show that singing can actually provide a range of health benefits both physically and mentally, so keep on singing!

 Sing Ireland, an organisation that promotes all forms of group singing across Ireland, has unveiled a number of new initiatives to encourage all generations to continue singing during the Lockdown.

Musician and Composer Anne Marie O’Farrell is one of the people involved in the new initiatives and she joined Dermot and Dave to tell them all about it.
