Hands up if you know a lady who is a plumber/electrician/carpenter/engineer - any tradeswoman at all?? Nope...didn't think so. 

Less than 5% of the trade workers in Ireland are female, and on this morning's Dermot and Dave International Women's Day Special, the lads spoke to somebody who wants to make a difference.

Jen Kelly is the founder of Women in Trades Network Ireland, and she told us the reasons for the ratio being so low, and how we can improve it.
