For years, Keith Barry has been blowing our minds with his hypnosis, magic and mentalism, and now he's back with a brand new show called 'Deception'. 

Chatting on Today FM's Dermot and Dave, Barry tells us why he chose that name as the theme for his latest work, as he says, "the line between reality and deception now, these days, is more thin than ever, and my job is to blur that line". 

He will explore this through mind control, subliminal messaging, brainwashing and cults. It's drawing me in already so it is.

But that's not all he's been working on - he's got plenty up his sleeve.

The Waterford native also reveals the objective behind a new documentary he will start to film next year, where he states, "I want to actually find real magic". He wants to uncover people who are said to exhibit unique powers and spellwork, who have not yet been documented or recorded online. 

And just to dazzle us a bit more, he teases us with a potential deal he has with a major network to see a hypnosis show go into production. He's a good juggler too by the sounds of things.
