Dermot and Dave producer Maria Devereux had her mind blown recently after reading this statement online;

One of the weirdest things about being an adult is having a favourite hob ring, yet nobody talks about it!?

At first I laughed thinking, "yeah right", only for my brain to go, "you love the front right one". And it's true - that's the one I use 90% of the time.

As the team discussed their faves, there was a huge reaction from listeners who wanted to vote for theirs and tell us a few stories.

This is where Dermot introduced us to the word 'sadult' - where adults become sad and get excited by trivial things.

But that's not all; lots of people were wondering what the hell they were saying "front ring" and "back ring" for? Surely it's "bottom/top ring"?

To get to the bottom of the dilemma, the lads gave 'Rory' (a hob fixer/jack of all trades) a call for some definitive answers.
