In June 2017, life for Kevin Hayes was only going one way.

He was in the write up phase of his PhD, had some amazing job offers and was having the craic with all the ones he loved.

On the 22nd of June, the 26 year old died from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome or ‘SADS’ as it’s more commonly known.

Since then, Kevin’s family have been battling through their grief, and trying to find ways to help others.

James Hayes, Kevin’s Dad, joined Dermot and Dave to chat about Kevin, grief and an incredible challenge being taken in his memory.
