We're all missing hugs but if you're a hugger like Kathryn Thomas, the last couple of months have been incredibly tough.

But as the TV presenter told Dermot and Dave, trees have become her lifeline to hugs during the ongoing pandemic.

Kathryn, who also runs the Pure Results retreats, also spoke about she has had to adapt as a business owner during the past few months and how she ended up travelling around Ireland in a campervan with a toddler.
