You may remember that at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018, a woman by the name of Amanda Sparrow Large Teague went viral after formally marrying the spirit of a 300-year-old pirate called Jack Teague.

Dermot and Dave spoke to the Drogheda native back in January of this year, when the 'honeymoon period' was in full swing. But fast forward to now and it's a totally different story:

I ended my marriage, Jack was not who he led me to believe, he used me as an energy source & is a negative attachment that is refusing to leave. It has serious implications on my physical health I am looking into ways to dissolve the union legally/spiritually possibly by exorcism

Chatting on the show for the second time, Amanda explains how, "there's been problems for a few months". 

Her 'big day' proved to be a turning point in her life - for all the wrong reasons, "I was healthy, I was very fit and active before we got married, after we got married I started to develop all kinds of strange health problems". 

"I was pretty much an all you can eat buffet", she nervously laughs. 

Amanda is now fully aware not to mess with the occult in the future, "this is definitely a major life lesson for me".

We hope he disappears from her life for good.
