Luke 'Ming' Flanagan was taking part in a European Parliament committee meeting on agriculture. However when given the floor by the committee chair, he appeared sitting on his bed wearing a shirt and only a pair of pants on his bottom half.
The Midlands-North West representative laughed off the incident afterwards on social media, claiming he'd just come back from a run.

An Irish MEP says he was spotted partly naked during a video call because he put his camera on landscape instead of portrait. But he appeared sitting on his bed wearing a shirt and only a pair of pants on his bottom half.
