Mum, author, broadcaster, dancer, and all round good craic, Maia Dunphy called into studio today for a catch up and to tell us more about the new show Heartbreak Hotel.

She may have made an early exit from Dancing With The Stars *boooooooo*, but is back on our screens tonight with a programme dealing with the aftermath of break-ups. 

Maia gave us some insight into the four participants and what the viewer can expect from the hard-hitting documentary. She also revealed how much she learned from "The Divorce Coach" Sara Davidson and the experience in general.

The lads couldn't not talk about her brief dancing cameo on the RTÉ series, and she is very humble about the whole process.

Heartbreak Hotel will strike a chord with most people, so we're looking forward to watching it when it airs at 9pm on TV3 tonight (Valentine's night) - the irony!
