Room To Improve was back with a bang last night, and to kick this season off in style everyone's favourite architect Dermot Bannon worked on one very special wee house. 

Majella and Daniel O'Donnell were looking to do up their Donegal home and called in Dermot, an entire RTÉ camera crew and their team of builders.

Speaking to Dermot & Dave this morning Majella says they are now in love with their home and it's the best thing they could have ever done.

She described the whole experience as an easy time, because she left all the work and decision making to Dermot and his team of builders.

Which, let's face it, is the actual dream of many a homeowner in this country.

When asked why the couple decided to give the entire country a look into their remodel and the stress that comes with it, and not just hire Dermot without the pressure of a TV show, Majella was quick to reply with, 'I knew if we did the show Dermot would have to be on his best behaviour... the finishing date would be the real finishing date because of filming times.'

There's no flies on Majella!

We learned a lot about the famous couple's private lives, and we were all made aware of Daniel's obsession with en suites.

Majella laughed it off when Dermot & Dave told her about some of the best tweets from the night, revealing she had been following reaction to the show live on Twitter for the night and had loved every minute of it.
