Imagine cycling from San Francisco to New York, 6500km through deserts, baron towns and some of the most incredible sights the United States has to offer….alone.

That’s the challenge Dubliner Cormac Ryan is undertaking.

Having sought treatment for an eating disorder in 2021, Cormac has become passionate about raising awareness, particularly in young men.

His incredible cycle is to raise funds for Bodywhys, the Eating Disorder charity.

Cormac joined Dermot and Dave to chat about his experience of living with an eating disorder, his plans for the cycle…and how he’s planning to avoid bears.
