Our favourite dating show Take Me Out (UK) is back on our screens, where Paddy McGuinness hosts thirty flirtatious ladies and one hopeful lad as he tries to win a date for himself over three rounds.
For most men, it's not the easiest of tasks; to step out in front of thirty love-hungry ladies and a full studio audience bearing your soul for all to see, but on Saturday night's show, Glenn McGowan made it look like a walk in the park.

Dermot and Dave welcomed Ireland's answer to Hitch into studio this morning to find out all about his game plan and get some gossip from behind the scenes.
You'd think he'd be kinda cocky after such a performance, but he's actually very down to earth and modest about his particular set of skills.
He gave us the inside info into in the research he did for the show, how he played the "granny card", had huge praise for the show's production team, told us the 'secret' location of Fernando's and has an incredible story about one of the other male contestants.
