Today we took a look at the body with thanks to the brains behind Viking Training, and owner of Toned Fit, Ronan Murphy.
Ronan is a hive of knowledge when it comes to exercise and looking after your body, so the questions came flying in.
We all know that bit of fat on the tummy is hard get rid of, so he told us how hard work will prevail, "you can't directly target body fat unfortunately".
Ronan's Tips for Roisin:
x3 Runs per-week
- x1 intense 5k run
- x1 light 3k run
- x1 fast 3k run
No running with music or headphones
All running should be done outdoors - use landmarks as markers.
And had some straightforward guidance for a listener's posture problem, "start pulling things more than you push things".
