It’s hard to believe but it’s almost an entire year since we first met Clare man Padraig Howley.
When we first met Padraig, he had just gone vegan, and viral after setting up his own Instagram account @sing_andstep_withpadraig.
It’s since been quite the year for our favourite Kilfenora lilting vegan-he’s ran 9.5km, he’s taken to modelling and yes, he’s still vegan.

But in very exciting news, Padraig is also set to release his first single!
‘Great at 68’ is out on Friday February 11th and Dermot and Dave were very lucky to get a sneak peak and chat to the man himself.
