Leona Maguire

Imagine spending a record 135 weeks as the number one female amateur golfer in the world but not being able to visit the clubhouse where you're playing because of your gender. Leona Maguire has experienced this first hand.

Like many other sports, golf is working to address the gender imbalance. However, they still have a long way to go.

Dermot & Dave were joined by Cavan native Leona, who is currently in the States on a break from her first ever professional golf tour.
