Given the delightful weather here in Ireland, it's safe to say us Irish wear socks more often than not. There may be an occasional week of sandals in June, but for the most part we depend on them. You would think having such a love affair with them would mean we were up to speed on our sock facts? Think again. 

Geraldine in Athlone got in touch with the show to spread the news far and wide that we've been cheated by our beloved socks our whole lives. Honestly, we're fuming.
