Shelly filled us in on a new series of Made In Chelsea, and Cutting Edge, which sees Brendan O'Connor back in the hotseat to take a look at some of the issues in society.
She also suggested we watch a documentary called Jane, and a new thriller show coming to RTÉ2, Apple Tree Yard. Here's a taste from the first series...
