St. Fechin's GAA Club in Termonfeckin, Co. Louth have taken their first step on the property ladder and now have a high spec, four bed, semi-detached house up for grabs.

The novelty concept has caught the attention of the people of Ireland, and with 7,000 of the €100 tickets still available to buy, Dermot and Dave needed to find out more.

They gave St. Fechin's man Aiden Green a call to see if it's as straightforward as it seems.
