We all remember it! Going it on a car journey as a kid and listening to whatever music your parents wanted to.

Well, it turns out this is having more of an affect on our children then you may think.

Listener Brian got in touch with Dermot & Dave this week with a dilemma - he had gotten into an argument with his wife over the type of music he was playing for their children in the car.

Brian, who is an avid heavy metal fan had been playing Sliptknot for his son, but his wife thinks that not suitable. This then sparked a huge debate on the show as to what songs are appropriate to play when kids are in the car.
