Money is a tricky topic, and when it's someone who owes you a few bob, it can be an awkward conversation.

We got this email in from one of our listeners:

Hi Dermot and Dave. I mind a little girl for a few hours everyday, I usually get paid on Monday. The mum didn't pay me yesterday. I'm an anxious person and the opposite of assertive. Do listeners have any tips as to how I could maybe bring it up politely without it being awkward? Thanks.
