It's one of the greatest radio segments every created. Some said he was crazy, others told him to "get lost", but us...we embraced his genius and for that we were rewarded with Dermot Whelan's latest creation - the Half Nine Howaya.

It's simple, you pick a well-known song and replace the lyrics with the word 'howaya', then sing it and send in the audio to dermotanddave@todayfm.com

If your effort is chosen to be played on air at 9:30am any weekday morning you get yourself a Dermot and Dave Ah Sure Lookit t-shirt and a pair of Cheese & Crackers socks. 

We also pick a winner from the people who message in the right answer, and they too get the bright yellow merchandise.
