I used to think I knew what 'strong' meant, that was until I heard Pa chatting on this morning's Dermot and Dave.
The Limerick baysht has just been crowned the UK's Strongest Man, making him the first Irishman to ever hold the title.
This comes on the back of him becoming Ireland's Strongest Man, for the third year-in-a-row, back in April. That's some serious muscle!
The champ joined Dermot and Dave down in Croke Park today for their outside broadcast and told them all about the competition.

Imagine having to pull a 25 tonne truck and lift concrete blocks weighing 30 stone?? It's 15 back-breaking events spread over 3 days (5-a-day) and it sounds extremely punishing.
In fact it's so intense that Pa actually blacked-out during one of them, "you will literally kill yourself to finish the event".
The lads also chatted about how the Munster man stacked up size-wise against the competitors, the colossal amount of food he eats (9,000 calories each day) and how envisaging a certain Facebook status got him over the line.
