If you're thinking of making an investment next year, and buying yourself a new car, you could have a massive issue.

And it's caused by something really small.

A global shortage of microchips has lead to big problems for car manufacturers in everything from electric windows to cruise control.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Dave Humphreys from CompleteCar.ie  explained that it means that those awaiting a new car in 2022 could be facing delays.

But while there will be delays, there's some really exciting new cars on the way this year, and Dave revealed his favourite!
