It does sound like a made-up discipline, but eye yoga is getting a lot more popular as people with bad eyesight, and those stuck in front of a screen most of the day, are seeking ways to help replenish their eyes.
Your eyes are not only the window to your soul, they're also very important for brain functions so if they aren't in tip top shape, it may have a knock-on effect.
