Ana Milicevic is an advertising and marketing entrepreneur from New York, and as part of her job she has to travel all around the world.
Sure, the jet set lifestyle has it's perks, but one of the downsides is the amount of time you have to spend in airports.
Having had lots of time to think whilst hanging around terminals worldwide, on Tuesday, Ana posted this on Twitter:
Things I want in an airport:
- gym
- greenery/outdoors
- quiet areas
- basic clothing vending machines
- fruit/anything fresh
- power outlets
- pharmacyThings airports think ppl want:
- duty free maze
- luggage shops (?!!!)
- random high street assortment
- watches

Her observational skills are clearly spot on and have struck a viral chord. 52k likes? 11k retweets? This lady could help transform airports as we know them.
To find out more about why passengers would love the likes of these services, Dermot and Dave gave Ana a Skype call on this morning's show.
They also took a look at some of the countries worldwide that have already modernised the services supplied by their airports.
It won't be long until you'll be landing in the 'Ana Milicevic Airport'. She had better apply for that gym patent quick!
Have you any suggestions? What would make your connecting/delayed flight waits more bearable?
I'd be happy with some foot golf, a 5km running track and virtual reality pod.
