135 miles, 215 kilometres, 23 hours and 58 minutes from the Spanish Arch to the Samuel Beckett Bridge-it’s all in a days work for Rob Pope aka @run.robla.run on Instagram.

The runner has recently completed an epic run across the entire width of Ireland in less than 24 hours, and marked the occasion with a pint at either end!
