Channel 4 are never short of a new show to keep us entertained, and tonight, at 9pm, Banged Up: Teens Behind Bars promises not to disappoint.

The three-part series follows 8 troublesome British teens who are in need of a reality check and get it in the form of being made inmates in one of America's scariest prisons for a week.
