The organiser of Tedfest, Peter Phillips joined us in studio this morning to give people a heads up on what they can expect from one of the country's most scared events.
We couldn't believe it when we heard it has been going since 2007, it only seems like yesterday we were in awe at the concept, but it's still as incredible as ever - as Peter explained.
This year sees the introduction of a couple of new features which are sure to have the attending Fathers and Sisters praising the Lord for their tickets.
The festival will have all the old favourites, including "The Holy Trinity" (Ted's Got Talent, The Lovely Girls and The Craggy Cup, as it welcomes a new wave of Father Ted fanatics to it's shores.
Peter chatted about what pushed him to create Tedfest (Sr Lanka??), told us an amazing love story about an international couple who met at last year's festival, and how the locals/tourists react to the shenanigans.
To finish things off, Dave challenged Peter to a Father Ted Quiz, but who knew their Father Billy O'Dwyers from their Father Fintan Fays the best??.
